| Europe's No.1 off road show began life when a group of senior figures from the off-road industry formed a company called Promoto to create a showcase for the latest and greatest in the world of dirt bikes. The first Dirt Bike Show was held at Stoneleigh Park near Coventry in 2000 and was an instant hit. Since then it has become a regular date in the diary for all off-road enthusiasts.
In 2010 many motorcycle shows and sporting events experienced a decline in attendance and some major shows were cancelled. In contrast, the Dirt Bike Show enjoyed a 14% increase in visitor numbers, close to the record set in 2007. The annual show survey reveals high levels of customer satisfaction thanks to the organisers' efforts to deliver the key elements expected by the public – the latest bikes and accessories, plenty of race bikes and sports personalities, lots of promotional girls to add a touch of glamour, live action and entertainment and interactive features too. That's why the Dirt Bike Show consistently delivers Europe's biggest off-road audience to exhibitors year after year. Now in its eleventh year at the Midlands venue, this year's show is provisionally booked to run from 4th - 7th November.
